.The BAUER LS Cut-Resistant Neck Protect Base Layer is designed to meet this need without compromising on comfort or performance. This all-in-one base layer features DuPont™ Kevlar® fibers in the neck collar area for superior protection, while the rest of the garment is made from moisture-wicking fabrics to keep you dry and comfortable throughout the game. The shirt also features HeiQ Fresh Technology to help regulate body temperature and prevent odor-causing bacteria, allowing you to wear it more and wash it less. The easy-close adjustable collar ensures a custom fit and easy wearability, while underarm gussets and shift seams enhance mobility. Flatlock seams help reduce chafing, and stay-put thumb loops keep the sleeves in place. The sleeves also feature a high-definition gripper print to help keep elbow pads in place, and are designed to fit tightly to minimize bunching under pads. Starting from August 1st, 2024, all under-18 hockey players and officials in North America are required to wear cut-resistant neck protection during every game and practice.
