How do I choose the right football gear for my position?

Quarterbacks: QBs rely on speed and mobility, so they need gear that allows for quick movement across the field. Since they're at higher risk for concussions due to their role, they require helmets designed with extra protection.

Linemen: Linemen need sturdier, more protective gear to handle the impact of tackles. Shoulder pads and helmets are crucial, along with gloves to protect their hands.

How should I clean and care for my football gear?

Each piece of football gear has its own instructions for care. For instance, football jerseys and pants should be pre-treated for stains and washed with a mild detergent. It’s a good idea to air-dry football accessories rather than putting them in the dryer. This will extend their lifetime. Other sports gear for football may require a mixture of white vinegar and water to freshen up.

How often should I replace my football gear?
